Services that help families stay together

This is a community-based, family-centered program designed to help children and families stay together by providing them with direct support services to address behavioral, developmental and emotional needs of children, and appropriate parental training.

The continuum of family-centered services may be delivered in home, school and other community sites, and is tailored to meet the unique needs of the child and the family, while supporting their healthy growth and development.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Family support
  • In-home coaching
  • Social and communication skills training
  • Living skills training
  • Self-regulation and decision making skills
  • Case management
  • Accessing community resources

Services are provided by professional, qualified staff with education and experience in behavior coaching, counseling or related human services.

Children must be enrolled with providers who contract with the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) to qualify for this program.
